Derek is a Partner in the Commercial Property Department.
His areas of expertise is commercial and residential property and planning, with particular experience in dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, land development and site assembly, planning and enforcement for a range of individuals and corporate clients from the UK and abroad.
Derek qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and joined Mackrell Turner Garrett in 2004. He was made an associate in 2009 and Partner in 2011. Derek began his law career from a managerial role in commerce.
