Helen Cort

Helen is a Partner in our Chandler's Ford office, who joined Dutton Gregory in 2022. She is Top Recommended as a family lawyer by SPEAR’S 500.

Helen qualified in 2008 and is a family law specialist with a wealth of experience in financial matters arising on relationship breakdown and in child law.  Her work involves high net worth cases involving multiple company structures and complex pension arrangements.  In addition, Helen has extensive experience in protecting clients at the outset of their new relationships by advising and drafting pre-nuptial agreements and living together agreements.

She is committed to finding constructive and creative solutions to meet individual client needs and is well regarded for her commercial and pragmatic approach.  Helen is a Collaborative lawyer and former Chair of the Solent Collaborative and Mediation Group.  Helen is an active member of Resolution, the family body committed to resolving matters in a constructive manner.

Helen also regularly contributes articles to national publications such as the Family Law Journal and local publications such as House & Lifestyle.
