Graham McLean is an Associate Solicitor based in our Bournemouth Office, having joined Dutton Gregory in February 2019.
Graham is dual qualified Attorney (South Africa, 2001) and Solicitor (2004).
Graham has over 15 years’ experience in dealing with a variety of disputed matters and litigation relating to commercial contracts, property, and disputed wills, trusts, probate and Inheritance claims.
Graham previously completed the ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitors) qualification in 2013.
Whilst Graham has experience of litigating a variety of matters he also strongly believes in the benefits of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a means of achieving an early, cost effective settlement where possible.
Outside of the office, Graham is married and most of his spare time is spent being dad to two young daughters. When possible Graham enjoys travelling and playing golf (although unfortunately not very well these days!).
