Claire Bunton

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2010, Claire has advised and acted for both claimants and defendants in a range of property related disputes, including claims involving rent and service charge issues, dilapidations, nuisance, covenant enforcement, lease renewals and determinations, possession, trespass, rights of way and boundary issues.

Whilst Claire's approach to disputes is robust, she recognises the importance to clients of resolving matters economically and with as little impact as possible on their lives or businesses and accordingly, the value of reaching settlement where possible.

Claire is Vice Chair for the Bournemouth Property Association and is an avid and involved supporter of it and the local property industry.
