Abi Sinden

Abi joined Dutton Gregory in 2025 and heads up our commercial team which supports clients with commercial contracts, intellectual property and I.T agreements. Abi qualified in 2015 and has extensive experience with commercial matters, including some time in house with a global manufacturer, where she travelled to Europe regularly to negotiate high value, high risk contracts.

Abi advises on commercial contract drafting, reviews and negotiations for all kinds of businesses, from entrepreneurs and startups right through to recognised household brands. Abi enjoys getting to know client’s businesses and processes to not only ensure the right terms and contracts are in place, but so she can suggest pragmatic and creative solutions too.

Prior to her time in the legal profession, Abi worked in the hospitality sector and ran pubs in Dorset and Wiltshire. Clients enjoy working with Abi who is known for her friendly, laid back and approachable manner.
