In light of the developing COVID-19 situation, we would like to reassure our customers that we are open for business as usual.

Following the Prime Minister's "Stay Alert" announcement, our staff continue to work remotely and deliver a well-rounded service to all our clients via video conferencing, phone and email.

Our framework remains under constant review, pending further government updates. 

We put our clients at the heart of everything we do, and would like to thank them for their support and patience during this time.

Dutton Gregory Solicitors takes the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff very seriously.

As the Covid-19 outbreak continues to develop, we wanted to reassure our clients that we will to continue to provide the very highest quality of service to you while protecting the health and wellbeing of our people.

We are making decisions based on official advice from the government and health authorities and have gone further where we believe it is the responsible thing to do.

We have invested substantially in our IT infrastructure over the past few years which has put us in a good position to deal with this current situation. Our staff will be working remotely at home whilst having access to all the firm’s applications and security protections. This means that we can maintain service levels. As far as we are concerned, it is “business as usual” in delivering quality service and client care.

All Dutton Gregory hosted events will be postponed until further notice as well as all non-essential face to face meetings and travel. We are also working closely with our suppliers and other contacts to ensure we are all taking necessary steps and precautions.

Although Dutton Gregory do not have any staff with a confirmed case of COVID-19, we have undertaken thorough and deep cleans of all our offices and provide staff with full access to hygiene and cleaning products.
