We are seeking an ambitious Lawyer to join our Corporate & Commercial team.
With the aim of supporting the continued growth of our expanding commercial team, we are interested to hear from lawyers and teams who ideally will have established contacts from which to generate new business.
Our existing Corporate & Commercial team has many years experience working for corporate and other business clients. They have a confident, sound and imaginative approach and are looking for like-minded individuals to join them.
The role will encompass a full spectrum of commercial work ranging from joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, to management buy-outs and buy-ins, and business growth strategy, in a wide variety of industry sectors.
You should be able to demonstrate extensive experience and a skill set in handling complex commercial work, be confident to bring your own following of clients, and have an enthusiasm for business development.
