William has broad experience in commercial property matters including leases of lock up shops, high street retailers and banks, industrial premises, multi-office estates, sales & purchases of both leasehold and freehold property and commercial financing.
Having worked with Bournemouth solicitors for 5 years in their Commercial Property and Litigation teams he then moved to The James Hay Partnership as an in-house lawyer specialising in commercial property and SIPP matters, where he was Legal Project Lead overseeing the transfer of commercial property portfolios from two major pension providers, as well as, working day-to-day with 5000 invested properties.
William read Criminology and Forensic Science at Keele University in Staffordshire graduating with First Class honours, he returned to Bournemouth University to complete the Graduate Diploma in law before undertaking the Bar Professional Training Course (formerly the BVC) in 2012. William is a member of The Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn and was awarded the Lord Denning Scholarship from his Inn of Court.
