Richard qualified as a solicitor with Dutton Gregory in 1986 and became a partner in 1990.
He is a partner in the firm's commercial property department and specialises in handling commercial leases for investor landlords and business occupiers together with portfolio management. Richard also deals with a wide range of other commercial work.
