Chief Executive
A qualified accountant, Michelle worked in accountancy practice for many years before taking on the legal profession 11 years ago. She joined Dutton Gregory in 2002 as CEO and, since then, has guided the firm through the opening of two new offices, acquisitions and an increase in headcount to around 130 staff.
Michelle is responsible for working with the senior management team on the development of the firm's strategy, risk management and client care, and oversees the general management of the LLP.
