Kathryn Beresford

Kathryn qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2010 having previously worked as a Legal Secretary at local firm of Solicitors Egglestones before they merged with Dutton Gregory.

Kathryn acts for a wide variety of individuals advising on a range of areas including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and inheritance tax and care fees planning. Kathryn has provided support to court-appointed deputies with the management of financial affairs of clients with head injuries and elderly clients with dementia.
