Kate is the Property Litigation Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Kate graduated from Portsmouth University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Criminology and Criminal Justices and continued her studies in Guildford graduating with a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.
Kate trained with a firm on the South Coast and qualified in 2006. She joined Dutton Gregory in September 2010. She has gained invaluable experience in all types of Commercial Litigation and specialises in Property Litigation including rent and service charge recovery, dilapidation's and breach of covenants, forfeiture proceedings, disputes with property professionals, disputes with neighbours and developers and lease renewal proceedings.
Outside of work Kate is a full time mum to her young son and enjoys reading, musical theatre, movies and has a keen interest in figure skating due to her competitive past.
