Jonathan qualified in 1990 and practised in the city before joining Dutton Gregory in 1995. He is a member of the Society for Computers & Law.
Jonathan is a partner and specialises in buying and selling businesses and companies, with particular expertise in the acquisition of a variety of professional practices.
He also deals with corporate work and advises on a wide range of commercial contracts.
