Emma Menzies

As winner of the national Personal Injury Awards 2019 “Personal Injury Defendant Lawyer of the Year” and the Dorset Legal Awards “Partner of the Year 2019”, Emma Menzies has over 25 years’ experience with a unique insight into both claimant and defendant cases.

Emma has extensive knowledge in dealing with high value, serious and complex injuries; specialising in brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations and injuries involving chronic pain. As an Equity Partner, Emma also utilises her passion for Learning and Development across the firm and is on the Management Board with several responsibilities, including overseeing three other departments.

During her career, Emma has benefited from the knowledge gained as a claimant lawyer when advising her defendant clients. Her experience and success within both these sectors has enabled her to provide insightful expert advice and guidance to all her clients.
