Head of Personal Injury
Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and is a partner and head of the firms Personal Injury department.
She specialises in all types of claimant work and has a wealth of litigation experience involving accidents at work, occupational disease, road traffic accidents, slips and trips and catastrophic injuries.
She is a member of APIL (The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel. Emma also handles some defendant personal injury work, mainly involving public liability claims.
