Head of Clinical Negligence
Carol is a partner in the firm and head of the Clinical Negligence Department. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and is a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel and the AvMA (Action Against Medical Accidents) Panel since 1999.
Carol was the first solicitor in Dorset to obtain a legal aid franchise to undertake clinical negligence work and Dutton Gregory are the only firm in Dorset to have this franchise
