Andrew Witt

Andrew joined Dutton Gregory in September 2017 as a Partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department and is a member of the firms Strategy Board.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 1993, Andrew specialises in working with clients to resolve disputes and manage conflict in a practical and effective manner. He adopts a commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. This will include using negotiation and mediation where appropriate. As an accredited mediator Andrew is well placed to guide clients through the mediation process when required.

Andrew acts for a diverse range of clients from sole traders through to SMEs and PLCs. He advises his clients on a variety of matters including:-
