Alistair MacFarlane qualified as a solicitor in 1983. He joined Dutton Gregory in 2011 following twelve years as a partner in the Private Client Department of a leading firm in West Sussex. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and of Solicitors for the Elderly and advises private clients on a wide range of issues with a particular emphasis on tax planning, estates and trusts and on the affairs of the elderly. He is based in our Winchester office.
