We were recently instructed in one of Hampshire’s major Planning Compulsory Purchase Orders relating to Silver Hill, Winchester. We also have a great range of experience dealing with the complex issues arising from the development of Listed Buildings, together with projects that may impact protected habitats and the environment. In public law, the team have advised on the law of markets, environmental issues, licensing, freedom of information, highways and traffic law.
The planning practice works closely with Town & Country Planning consultants, architects, highway engineers, acoustic engineers and other specialists. This means our clients have access to the best technical advice, with the right team assembled for any circumstance. We deal with matters arising all over the South of England, including Hampshire, West Sussex, Dorset and Devon.
