Timothy Gibbons
Timothy is a solicitor and chartered tax adviser. He has practiced continuously in Winchester since 1981 and is a partner in the firm’s private client team. He deals with tax and financial planning for clients of all ages, wills, administration of trusts and estates and has a particular interest in the legal problems of clients with impaired mental capacity.

Martyn Lucas - Southampton
Martyn qualified in 1974 and is a partner in the firm. He specialises in the drafting of Wills, Codicils and Powers of Attorney advising on trust and tax planning and the administration of estates.
