Michael Owen
Michael is a partner in the firm and head of the department. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has gained extensive experience in the social housing field since then. He has a wealth of litigation experience as well as an interest in public law. He is regularly invited to speak at both regional and national sector conferences and undertakes training in house and for external training agencies countrywide.
