Robert Bolwell
Robert has been a partner in the firm since 1987 and founded the Landlord and Tenant Department in 1993. Robert’s work includes more complicated dilapidation and possession cases and he works for a number of clients with large block management portfolios.

Gina Peters
Gina qualified as a solicitor in 1995 since when she has gained a wealth of experience in commercial and property related litigation and has now focused upon landlord and tenant issues. Gina joined the department as team leader in November 2001 and has responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of the paralegals. Gina also works on defended matters and, like Robert Bolwell, works for several clients with large block management portfolios.
