Nick Kingsford
Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1980 following training in the City of London
before joining a Guildford firm and becoming a partner in 1983. In 1988 he
joined Dutton Gregory where he specialises in property, agricultural work and
other private client matters. Nick became an equity partner in the firm in
1991 and heads the Residential Conveyancing Department.

Elizabeth Balfour
Elizabeth qualified in 1982 and joined the firm in April 2002 after working in
London for 20 years with some of the market leaders in private client work.
She specialises in residential, rural property and agriculture at the Winchester
office and has considerable experience in dealing with enfranchisement and
lease extensions, estates and properties countrywide. Elizabeth became a partner
in 2003 and is a member of the Agricultural Law Society.
