Partners and Staff

Nick Kingsford
Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1980 following training in the City of London before joining a Guildford firm and becoming a partner in 1983. In 1988 he joined Dutton Gregory where he specialises in property, agricultural work and other private client matters. Nick became an equity partner in the firm in 1991 and heads the Residential Property Team and is based in Winchester.

Robert Loughridge
Robert Loughridge qualified in 1978 at London University. He moved to Winchester in 1983 and specialised in residential property and dealing with all types of transactions  for developers and private clients. Robert joined Dutton Gregory's residential team as a partner in 2008.

Liz Clarke
Liz qualified as a solicitor in 2002, joining the team at Dutton Gregory in February 2007. She specialises in residential property, dealing particularly with re-mortgages, transfers of equity and housing association work and is based in the Winchester office. Liz is currently on maternity leave.

Julie Boarder
Julie is a Legal Executive who joined Dutton Gregory in Winchester in April 2007. Julie specialises in residential property and is experienced in all types of property transactions. Julie qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2004.

Jill Cooper
Jill is a Conveyancing Manager based at the Winchester office. She has specialised in all residential property matters and enjoys being a member of the very pro-active Residential Property Team at Dutton Gregory.

Lisa Waters
Lisa is a paralegal based at our Winchester office. She has been an associate of the Institute of Legal Executives since 2007 and deals with all areas of residential property.
