Stephen Bowden - Winchester
Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1975 with Hampshire County Council then moved to Berkshire County Council where by 1977 he was Senior Assistant Solicitor. He represented the authority at various planning appeals brought by aggregate extracting companies. He joined Dutton Gregory in 1979 and became an equity partner in 1981. Stephen's expertise is in contentious and non-contentious planning matters and he is one of the few recognised specialists on this subject in the region. He regularly gives seminars on planning law developments to clients and professional contacts.
