Emma Menzies
Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and is a partner and head of the department. She specialises in all types of claimant work and has a wealth of litigation experience involving accidents at work, occupational disease, road traffic accidents, slips and trips and catastrophic injuries. She is a member of APIL (The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and has been a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury panel since 2001. Emma also handles some Defendant Personal Injury work, which mainly involves public liability claims and is responsible for all the personal injury work carried out at the Winchester, Southampton and Bournemouth offices.
