Emma Menzies

Emma Menzies
Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and is a partner and head of the firms Personal Injury department. She specialises in all types of claimant work and has a wealth of litigation experience involving accidents at work, occupational disease, road traffic accidents, slips and trips and catastrophic injuries. She is a member of APIL (The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel. Emma also handles some defendant personal injury work, mainly involving public liability claims.

 

 

Richard Egglestone

Richard Egglestone
Richard qualified in 1977 and throughout his career has practiced as a litigation solicitor, initially covering a number of disciplines but for many years specialising in Commercial Litigation. Richard is an accredited mediator, with concentration on personal injury work, particularly for insurers.

 

 

Alan George

Alan George
Alan is a Senior Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, qualifying in 1982. He has over 35 years experience in dealing with personal injury claims specialising now in handling substantial claims of all kinds for individuals. He has strong tactical and negotiating skills and is a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and also the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.
