Gina Peters
Gina qualified as a solicitor in 1995 since when she has gained a wealth of experience in commercial and property related litigation and has now focused upon landlord and tenant issues. Gina joined the department as team leader in November 2001 and has responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of the team. Gina also works on defended matters and works for several clients with large block management portfolios. |

Mandy Chandler
Having previously managed a branch of a lettings agency, Mandy has the advantage of a comprehensive understanding of managing lettings as well as undefended possession and dilapidations cases. Mandy works for a number of large corporate clients with significant residential portfolios. |

Kim Dodd
Kim graduated locally with a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Law before successfully passing the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England. Kim has specialised in landlord and tenant work for 12 years and is particularly experienced in defended and undefended possession and dilapidations cases. |

Kristen Woods
Kristen specialises in work for block management landlords. Kristen graduated from Bryn Mawr College, Philadelphia in 2006 with a BA (Hons) degree in Economics. She is now studying part-time at the College of Law in Guildford to become a solicitor. |

Chris Hall
Chris graduated from the University of Essex in 2005 with a BA (Hons) degree in Politics and Law and joined Dutton Gregory as Communications Supervisor soon after. Having worked at the firm for two years he returned to his studies and obtained a LLM in European and International Law from the University of Sheffield in 2008, rejoining Dutton Gregory in 2009. Chris is now assisting as a paralegal in the department undertaking possession work and service charge collection and plans to start the Legal Practice Course in September 2010. |

Kate Evans
Kate obtained her LLB (Hons) Degree in 1996 and since then has worked for a number of law firms in the South of England. She has gained broad experience in various aspects of civil litigation ranging from family law to personal injury. She joined the Landlord & Tenant Team in November 2009 and handles a varied caseload for insurers and private landlords. |

Emma Dinsdale
Emma graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2005 with a BSC (Hons) degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies. Emma obtained several years experience in residential landlord and tenant cases before joining Dutton Gregory as a paralegal. Emma is currently training to become a Legal Executive and is working towards her Diploma in Law and Practice through the ILEX qualification. |

Emma Woodhead
Emma
graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2006 with a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Sociology. Emma is currently training to become a Legal Executive and is working towards her Diploma in Law and Practice. Emma spends her time working alongside the team assisting with the portfolio of block management clients and some private clients.
