Peter Lloyd - Winchester
Peter has specialised in corporate law for over 25 years. He is head of the Corporate and Commercial Department and also the firm’s managing partner. In addition to general corporate work he specialises in partnership law, EIS investment, share option schemes, IT contracts and distribution and agency agreements.

Jonathan Brown - Winchester
Jonathan qualified in 1990 and practised in the city before joining Dutton Gregory in 1995. He is a member of the Society for Computers & Law. Jonathan is a partner and specialises in buying and selling businesses and companies, with particular expertise in the acquisition of a variety of professional practices. He also deals with corporate work and advises on a wide range of commercial contracts.
