Alan Sydney

Alan Sydney - Winchester
Alan joined Dutton Gregory from Taylor Garrett (now Taylor Wessing) in London in 1986. He became a partner in 1989 and is the head of the firm’s commercial property department. Alan deals with a broad range of property transactions, specialising in development and investment work and substantial acquisitions and disposals, including care homes. He also advises on conditional contracts, options, joint ventures, collateral warranties and related matters. 

 

Jeremy Grice

Jeremy Grice - Winchester
Jeremy qualified as a solicitor more years ago than he cares to remember and is a partner in the firm. As well as being able to deal with the full range of commercial property matters, he concentrates on restaurants, public houses, hotels and leisure related projects. He also manages the affairs of clients based overseas who have substantial interests in the UK.

 

Richard Brown

Richard Brown - Southampton
Richard qualified as a solicitor with Dutton Gregory in 1986 and became a partner in 1990. He is a partner in the firm's commercial property department and specialises in handling commercial leases for investor landlords and business occupiers together with portfolio management. Richard also deals with a wide range of commercial property work including the acquisition and disposal of properties for investors and owner-occupiers, options and acting on the sale and purchase of small businesses.

 

Roger Breese

Roger Breese - Southampton
Roger qualified as a solicitor in 1972 with the well-known City firm Lovell White & King (now Lovells). Roger specialises in all aspects of commercial property, including acting for landlords and tenants in connection with leases of shops, factories, warehouses and offices. He also acts for developers in both redevelopment work and development of greenfield sites, including site assembly, Section 106 agreements, road agreements and joint ventures. He works closely with the Commercial Department dealing with property aspects of business acquisitions, management buyouts and the like. Roger is a partner in the firm.
