Alan Sydney - Winchester
Alan joined Dutton Gregory from Taylor Garrett (now Taylor
Wessing) in London in 1986. He became a partner in 1989
and is the head of the firm’s commercial
property department. Alan deals with a broad range of property transactions,
specialising in development and investment work and substantial acquisitions
and disposals, including care homes. He also advises on conditional contracts,
options, joint ventures, collateral warranties and related matters.

Richard Brown - Southampton
Richard qualified as a solicitor with Dutton Gregory in 1986 and became a partner in 1990. He is a partner in the firm's commercial property department and specialises in handling commercial leases for investor landlords and business occupiers together with portfolio management. Richard also deals with a wide range of other commercial work. |

Jeremy Grice - Winchester
Jeremy is a solicitor and a partner in the firm. As well as being able to deal with the full range of commercial property matters, he concentrates on restaurants, public houses, hotels and leisure related projects. He also manages the affairs of clients based overseas who have substantial interests in the UK. |

Lorne Campbell - Winchester
Lorne qualified as a Solicitor in 1979 and spent the next 11 years or so working as a Commercial Property Lawyer at specialist Property Firms in the West End (6 years as an equity Partner). He joined Dutton Gregory as a Partner in October 2008. Lorne's experience covers a broad range of Commercial Property matters, with specialist knowledge and extensive experience in property matters relating to TV, Radio and Mobile Telephone Transmitter Relay Station Sites, “ Greenfield ” and “Rooftop” Site acquisition, Fibre Optic Cables, and associated issues.

Roger Breese - Southampton
Roger qualified as a solicitor in 1972 with the well-known City firm Lovell White & King (now Lovells) and joined Dutton Gregory in 2006 as a partner. Roger specialises in all aspects of commercial property. He also acts for developers on redevelopment and development work. |

Joanna Rayner - Winchester
Joanna is an assistant solicitor in the commercial property team based in Winchester. She deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions. She has broad experience of a variety of work, including acting for property investors and developers and secured lenders. Joanna studied at the University of Reading and at the College of Law before qualifying as a solicitor and joined Dutton Gregory LLP from Shoosmiths in 2007. |
