Carol Maunder
Carol is a partner in the firm and head of the Clinical Negligence Department.
She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and is a member of the Law Society
Clinical Negligence Panel and the AvMA (Action Against Medical Accidents)
Panel since 1999. Carol was the first solicitor in Dorset to obtain a legal
aid franchise to undertake clinical negligence work and Dutton Gregory are the only firm in Dorset to have this franchise .

Rebecca Watkins
Rebecca is a solicitor and qualified in 2000. She joined Dutton Gregory with Carol Maunder in 2002 and was made a senior associate in May 2009. Rebecca specialises solely in clinical negligence and also provides training for outside bodies on behalf of the department and represents clients at Inquests. |

Melanie Reynolds
Melanie qualified as a solicitor in 1990. Specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury work from 1994. She became a Member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel in 1996. |

Helen MacKenzie
Helen completed both her Business Law Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bournemouth University. Helen qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has since undertaken work in all areas of civil and commercial litigation before joining Dutton Gregory, in March 2010, to specialise in Clinical Negligence. |

Anne Martin
Anne joined Dutton Gregory in June 2010. Anne qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2000. She has worked in the legal profession for 19 years during which time she has
has mainly specialised in personal injury and clinical negligence claims. |

Sian Watson
Sian joined Dutton Gregory in 2003 as a paralegal and is now a trainee legal executive. She assists in the preparation of matters in conjunction with the solicitors including undertaking the initial appointment, collating information and taking witness statements. |

Debbie Robertson
Debbie joined Dutton Gregory in 2008 as a paralegal. She is the departments' case screener responsible for taking the initial instructions and investigating potential claims. She is now a trainee legal executive undertaking ILEX level 3.
